The aim of Agrostat 2016 is to bring together scientists and practitioners interested in the application of statistical methods to food industry and connected domains. The topics to be covered during the conference are the following:

- CHEMOMETRICS, and how to discover underlying product mechanisms.
- BIG DATA, and how to collect, integrate & relate product data.
Communications related to other topics in food science, food industry and connected domains are also welcome. The opportunity will be given to deal with these themes in both their theoretical and applied aspects.
